STEP 1: RECEIPT CONTRACT

We help coordinate the delivery of earnest money, making it easier on you and your clients.

STEP 2: SEND OUT RECEIPTED CONTRACT

In addition to the fully-executed contract, we provide all parties with your escrow team’s contact information, as well as critical contract dates for your convenience.

STEP 03: PROVIDE TITLE COMMITMENT & TAX CERTIFICATES

We email the title commitment and applicable tax certificates to all parties, which can include all supporting documents at your request.

STEP 04: RESPONSIVENESS

We are trained to be quick to respond to your questions and requests for information.

STEP 05: CLOSING COORDINATION

We take care of all closing logistics to make transactions as smooth as possible for you and your clients - whether in person, by mail or remote closing.
